Need to return something?

Didn’t work out? That’s okay! We are more than happy to process a return within the first 14 days of delivery. Here at Mindfulness-HOP we’ve worked hard to ensure this process is as easy and transparent as possible.


Mindfulness-Hop Return Policy 

  • Something not right? No problem. Send us an e-mail with the subject « RETURN » and indicate your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for returning at so that we can review your request as soon as possible. Once the return request is approved you will receive a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.
  • Mindfulness-HOP does not currently offer exchanges - just refunds in the form of store credit.
  • Orders placed separately cannot be returned as one. Combining orders will slow down the refund process!


What items are returnable?

You can return your item(s) with full package within the first 14 days of having received your order.

  • The goods must be unwashed and unworn, free of stains and signs of wear. 
  • All labels must still be attached, intact and in the original packaging to return the goods.
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken.


Are there any charges for return?

There are no charges for return but you have to bear all the shipping costs caused. You can also choose to keep the product and agree the refund amount via store credit directly with us. No items can be returned after 14 days of receiving the parcel.


How soon will I get my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and gift card credit will issued  within 10 working days.

Please, allow some extra time for us to process your refund during the holiday season.

Any purchase through bank transfer is non-refundable.

Store credit will be issued for returns with bank transfer payments. Store credit does not expire and you are able to use it towards any future purchase.

Shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 


What do I do if my package gets lost or arrives in bad condition?

We're really sorry to hear this! In the unlikely event that your parcel gets lost or you've received a faulty item, please get in touch with our support team and we will proceed to refund or resend the product without needing to return the first one to us. However, we will require you to send us a proof of the damaged product within the first 24 hours of having received the packet.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.


How to exchange? does not offer an exchange policy. We suggest you follow the return policy steps above for the items you wish to exchange and go to to submit a new order for your new items.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Any item not in its original condition with damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that has been owned for 14 days or more after delivery
  • Any item that was discounted at check out

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your store credit again.

Sale or discounted items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale or discounted items at check out cannot be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


If you are shipping an item over €50 Euros, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
