INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING METHOD

Shipping times are based on our best estimate, however, delays can occur in transit or due to holds at your local custom office, so it may take longer for an order to be delivered.

Orders being shipped to Russia will take 15-20 Business days to deliver. Please remember that we will need your personal tax number to be able to process your order.

Mindfulness-HOP tries its best to dispatch parcels within the next 24-72 business hours of having placed your order.

 

You will be notified by email with your order confirmation, and you will receive a second email containing the tracking number of your parcel once your order has left our warehouse.

 

Most of our products are shipped from our warehouse in Guangzhou. In rare cases they will be shipped from Spain. 

 

Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Mindfulness-HOP is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Mindfulness-HOP can never guarantee a delivery date.

 

Please note: If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, in some cases, a calling card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your parcel at the local post office. Otherwise, keep checking the progress of your parcel with the online tracking.

 

If you have not received your package within the delivery time stated above, please email contact@mindfulness-hop.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

 

  • Mindfulness-HOP is not liable for missing or damaged parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. 
  • Additionally, Mindfulness-HOP is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.

 

Please make sure you fill out your full name and address at checkout in latin alphabet, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.

DO I PAY IMPORT CUSTOMS/TAXES IN MY COUNTRY?

  • We are a company operating from Asia. Please note that there may be import customs or local taxes charged for deliveries. 

 

  • All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs. Mindfulness-HOP has no control over the customs charges or exchange rates.

  • Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

  •  If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us. International returns can take up to 4 months to arrive and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred from the carrier once the parcel arrives back to our warehouse.

     

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

  • Absolutely! You will receive an email with a tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow up to 72 business hours for your order to be packed and an extra 24 hours until the tracking information is available. This email will also include a link to the shipping provider’s website so that you can follow the progress of your package. Any issues with your delivery please contact first the shipping provider as they are best suited to help you directly.

  • If for some reason you do not receive an email after 72 business hours of your order confirmation, please email us at contact@mindfulness-hop.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible and gladly provide your shipping and tracking information.

 

WHAT ARE THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICIES?

Not in love with your new items?  We are very sorry to hear that! at Mindfulness-HOP we are more than happy to process an exchange or store credit within 14 days of delivery

To make a return directly to us the following conditions apply:

  • Mindfulness-HOP is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not purchased from our online store.
  • SALE and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
  • Items need to be unwornunwashed and must be returned with all original packaging and tags intact.
  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods exchanged or returned, except for faulty items.
  • We must have the exchanged item in our warehouse before your new item is sent.
  • In case of an exchange you are required to send the item back to us (shipping cost paid by client), after we receive the item we’ll send your new product(s) (shipping cost paid by Mindfulness-HOP via standard post).
  • Mindfulness-HOP is not responsible for the loss of garments being returned or exchanged.
  • In case you exchange for an item with lower price, you will be given credit to be used on your next purchase.
  • Our Customer Service Department will contact you once the  products have arrived in our warehouse and they have checked and authorised the exchange.
  • Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside a 14 days period will NOT be accepted.
  • We recommend sending back the product with a trackable delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

HOW LONG CAN I THINK BEFORE SUBMITTING MY RETURN REQUEST?

  • A return request must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of your items by e-mail to us, after this date you will have 14 days more to return the item to us.

HOW SHOULD I PACK MY RETURN ORDER? 

  • We recommend re-using the original packaging and sealing it with packing tape. It's the ecological way to go!

HOW DO I GET MY RETURN/EXCHANGE STARTED?

  • Please email us at contact@mindfulness-hop.com with your order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for returning the product. We will email you back letting you know how to proceed. Please remember that you need to meet all the requirements stated above to make sure the return/exchange process is successful

IS THERE ANYTHING ELSE I SHOULD DO TO GET MY RETURN/EXCHANGE STARTED?

  • Please include a note in the package with your name, order number and if you wish to have a refund. The return cost is to be paid by the customer.

CAN I USE ANY DELIVERY COMPANY?
  • It does not matter which company you send it back with - but you have to make sure they deliver to the address we will provide you via email within the next 14 days as we do not accept to pick-up exchanges/returns.

    DO I PAY SHIPPING ON MY RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

    • Due to the various complexities of international shipping we are not able to provide a return shipping label or cover the shipping costs.
    • Mindfulness-HOP is not responsible for lost return packages or costs associated with internationally shipping back a return or exchange.

    WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A FAULTY PRODUCT? 

    • In the unlikely case that you receive a product with manufacturing problems, please contact us within 24h of receiving your packet by sending an email to contact@mindfulness-hop.com and attaching proof of the damage either with pictures or videos and we will work out the best solution for the issue.

    Please note: If you are exchanging an item due to a manufacturing issue, Mindfulnes-HOP will refund the cost of international standard return shipping.

    WHAT DO I DO IF I RECEIVE A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM WHAT I ORDERED?

    • We are very careful preparing the orders for you, however if we make a mistake and send you the wrong product, please contact us within 24h of receiving your parcel by sending an email to contact@mindfulness-hop.com stating your order number and attaching a picture of the product you received. Once the team has confirmed that we sent the wrong product you can start an exchange request and we will give you further details on how to proceed.

     

    WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

    Mindfulness-HOP DOES NOT issue refunds under any of these circumstances:

    • Change of mind;
    • Wrong size ordered;
    • Sale items.

    If your product is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer a refund, an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.

    • Refunds will only be issued on the original credit card used for the purchase or via PayPal (fees may incur). Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approximately up to 10 business days.
